• Adequate roof tie-downs and supports
• Potential roof leaks
EXTERIOR
• External walls, cladding and lintels
• Piers and columns
• Footings
• Retaining walls associated with the main residence
• Barge boards, fascia, gutters and downpipes
• Stormwater drainage
• Eave linings and exposed rafters
• Decks, balconies and balustrading
• Attached building structures
SUB-FLOOR SPACE (when applicable)
• Subfloor frame structure
• Condition of stumps
• Condition of bearers and joists
• Possible wet area water leaks
• Potential storm water issues
• Potential high water table issues
Excludes Roof Exterior and Structural Elements beyond the Main Residential Building e.g.
roof cover, sheds, granny flats etc unless requested.
